Epsilon is seeking a Retail Media Operations Specialist, internally known as an Operational Excellence Manager. This Specialist will contribute to the creation, delivery, and training, enabling the team to maintain a seamless and efficient process from pre-sales campaign to final campaign launch, including activation and billing. This role will take initiative to evaluate areas of the business benefiting from process improvement, analyzation of new products all while utilizing your experience to train cross-functional teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the operational processes are streamlined and effective, allowing the company to meet its strategic goals and enhance overall performance. In this role, you will work closely with various departments including Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be expected to collaborate with these teams to identify and implement improvements in operational processes. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office, allowing for flexibility while still fostering teamwork and collaboration. As Epsilon Retail Media continues to expand in the market, this position offers a unique opportunity to be a pioneer in the growth and development of Epsilon RMN, contributing to the organization’s goal of becoming One Epsilon. You will be responsible for merging and updating processes, supporting and training teams on the most recent changes, including those involving our International partners. Your ability to connect the dots where others might not see a connection will be crucial in developing unique solutions to problems and driving operational excellence across the organization.
