You will develop and execute retail media strategies that are aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, client teams, retailer partners, and ad technology partners, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand management, product, and integrated marketing, to ensure that advertising strategies align with overall business objectives. Your ability to create compelling proposals and presentations will be vital in representing solutions designed around client goals. As the main point of contact for retail clients, you will lead client meetings to understand their needs and drive client success. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns on demand-side platforms (DSPs), optimizing campaign performance by analyzing data and adjusting targeting parameters. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor spending and adjust as needed to achieve campaign goals. You will also collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and support post-campaign analysis, providing recommendations to promote repeat business. In addition, you will provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders and clients, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Staying current with industry trends and monitoring competitors' advertising strategies will be essential to maintain a competitive advantage. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and tracking, ensuring that you adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs.
