About The Position

CROSSMARK is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Merchandisers. This full-time position involves supporting GENERAL MILLS by implementing and creatively displaying merchandise in retail environments. The role offers flexible scheduling, stable weekly hours, and opportunities for growth within the company. Employees will receive online training to quickly get up to speed and will work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Daily access to the Internet, printer, and mobile device.
• Ability to lift 25lbs consistently.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and Internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumers with the opportunity to browse and purchase products from clients.
• Work directly with a counterpart from General Mills to implement and creatively display merchandise.
• Ensure that essential products and customer favorites are readily available in retail environments.
