About The Position

The Retail Merchandiser position at CROSSMARK involves engaging consumers through effective shelf placement of books and magazines in Walmart stores. This part-time role is designed for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are capable of maintaining product displays while building relationships with store management and associates.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Must be available to work Tuesdays and 2-3 other weekdays.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 60lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Reset, stock, and maintain books and magazines including new releases, best sellers, and children's books.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Store Management and Associates.
• Reporting service visits including uploading photos through a mobile application.
