About the position

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking part-time Retail Reset Merchandisers to enhance the shopping experience within the Kroger family of brands. This role involves utilizing merchandising skills to reset shelves, tag products, build displays, and ensure product presentation, contributing to the overall visual appeal of grocery stores.

Responsibilities

• Reset shelves and tag products according to company standards.
• Build eye-catching displays to enhance product visibility.
• Ensure proper product facing and rotation of stock.
• Maintain the visual appeal of grocery stores by ensuring products are well-presented.
• Interact effectively with team members, store staff, and customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and squatting.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open to visiting multiple stores in a week.
• Excellent communication skills.
