About The Position

As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark, you will represent a leading greeting card brand by managing product displays and inventory in various retail locations. This role requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with store teams to enhance the shopper experience. You will be responsible for maintaining Hallmark's product presence, especially during peak holiday seasons, while also supporting team members with resets and installations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to Wi-Fi and reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology for communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hallmark product displays in assigned retail stores.
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory levels using a mobile device.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding time reporting and feedback.
• Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Support holiday operations by working additional hours during peak seasons.
• Participate in department resets and installations as required.
