Responsibilities

• Expedite stock to the selling floor to support on-floor presence.
• Execute product placement and replenishment according to visual directives.
• Provide photos and reports for each visit using Winston's proprietary app, Wintell.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and provide clear written reports.
• Work independently or as part of a team as requested.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a department, specialty, or retail store.
• Previous work as a stock or sales associate with an apparel, accessory, or footwear company.
• Ability to read and execute project directives and substitute products when necessary.
• A passion for visual merchandising.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and committed.
• Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to download and install an app on a smartphone and upload reports via the app.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
