About the position

The Retail Merchandiser position at SFS, Inc. offers independent contractors the flexibility to create their own schedules while servicing various retail clients. This role involves conducting merchandising activities such as resets, product cut-ins, and placement of point-of-purchase materials. The position is part-time and ongoing, allowing for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Service various products in retail environments
• Conduct resets and product cut-ins
• Handle returns and point-of-purchase (POP) placement
• Perform general merchandising activities
• Report client work completions on the same day as service

Requirements

• Merchandising and/or retail experience
• Availability during weekday daytime hours
• Ability to read plan-o-grams
• Capability to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Internet access with an active email address
• Android or iOS smartphone and/or tablet for wireless reporting
• Reliable transportation for travel to various locations
