Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Retail Merchandisers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of merchandising activities.
• Enhance the shopping experience for customers within the Kroger family of brands.
• Ensure seamless execution of services, including merchandising and product displays.
• Align merchandising activities with the highest industry standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team towards successful service execution and client satisfaction.
• Comfortable with technology and open to visiting multiple stores in a week.
