As a Retail Operations & Analysis Specialist at Converse, you will play a pivotal role within the Direct to Consumer store team, focusing on the accurate management and governance of store operations-related processes and retail critical metrics. You will work closely with commercial and business partners to identify potential issues and opportunities in stores early on, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve these challenges effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing toolkits and training content for staff, as well as gaining a deep understanding of retail strategies and the direct-to-consumer approach. You will provide support for key strategic projects and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the systems and processes that enable our work. Translating business data into meaningful insights will be a key aspect of your role, as you review monthly reports on store critical metrics to ensure that performance objectives are met and to highlight any potential opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will research and drive resolution for store operations opportunities across various countries, conducting root cause analyses as necessary.
