About the position

The Retail Operations Coordinator at Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) plays a crucial role in managing in-store service operations and initiatives. This position supports the Senior Operations Manager by overseeing various operational tasks, ensuring effective execution of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes the importance of organization, communication, and analytical skills to enhance retail operations and drive success across RAA's diverse portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing in-store service operations and initiatives under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Create and deliver presentations and meeting decks.
  • Maintain important execution, scheduling, and financial documents month over month.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on projects and field execution.
  • Manage and upkeep of software platforms.
  • Oversee internal cross-functional projects and relationships with outside service providers.
  • Create and maintain monthly step-by-step merchandising instructions and execution documents for the field team.
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional and external partners.
  • Visit retail partners' store locations monthly to ensure understanding of RAA's product presentations and initiatives at point of sale.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Suite skills.
  • Strong capability in managing and leveraging diverse software and data platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working in retail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated to support the team.
