About the position

The Retail Operations Coordinator at Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) plays a crucial role in managing in-store service operations and initiatives. This position supports the Senior Operations Manager by overseeing various operational tasks, ensuring effective execution of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes analytical skills, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Creation and delivery of presentations and meeting decks
• Maintenance of important execution, scheduling, and financial documents month over month
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on projects and field execution
• Management and upkeep of software platforms
• Management of internal cross-functional projects
• Management of relationships and projects with outside service providers
• Creation and maintenance of monthly step-by-step merchandising instructions and execution documents for the field team
• Develop relationships with cross-functional and external partners
• Visit retail partners' store locations monthly to ensure understanding of RAA's product presentations and initiatives at point of sale

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Suite skills
• Strong capability in managing and leveraging diverse software and data platforms
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in retail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Self-motivated to support the team
