Responsibilities

• Drive teams to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Run all operational aspects of the souvenir photography retail operation.

• Respond to guest requests, expectations, and needs to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in tourism venue management or 3+ years experience as an Assistant in a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience in Retail Souvenir Photography is preferable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support teams and develop culture.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy environment.
• Proven history of building strong relationships with peers and staff.
• Experience in the employment life cycle, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
