Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining operations at Colorado State University - Pueblo.
• Manage food and beverage operations and work closely with the vending partner.
• Collaborate with university's auxiliary department and internal teams to implement solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Motivate, coach, and develop managers and frontline staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience in retail operations.
• 3 years of experience in campus dining, including resident dining and retail operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with National Food Brand concepts and non-branded concepts.
• Experience in catering, concessions, and conference services.
