The Retail Part-Time Store Associate at Fabletics is responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience at the Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, TX. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and supporting store operations to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The associate will work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business goals and maintain a vibrant store environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody the company's culture and values while providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to facilitate easy shopping and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain overall sales performance.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met and identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh between 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, and Nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in large teams.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
