Responsibilities

- Maintain store appearance and adhere to company guidelines for merchandising and signage.
- Complete freight processes and ensure inventory is organized and stocked according to guidelines.
- Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training and education.
- Support loss prevention efforts and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for job-related tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with customers and associates.
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation and process inventory.
