This entry-level sales position focuses on sales development and relationship building through the promotion of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and fee-based services. The role emphasizes customer retention and satisfaction while utilizing the Branded Sales and Service process to enhance customer interactions and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain awareness of various market segments and understand how banking solutions support each market.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, and fee income as set by management.
  • Oversee the complete consumer loan process following approved guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed brokerage referral goals as set by management.
  • Maintain a well-developed knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered.
  • Promote company products and services by soliciting internal customers for expanded business and referrals.
  • Initiate and maintain customer contact through various methods, including telemarketing and community events.
  • Maintain the sales environment and participate in sales and office staff meetings.
  • Participate in the telemarketing process within the financial center.
  • Establish close relationships with assigned business partners to meet established goals.
  • Provide guidance to Customer/Financial Service Representatives in the referral/sales process.
  • Utilize the FNA to build thorough customer information for optimal financial solutions.
  • Provide a consistent and premier customer experience across all touch points.
  • Promote excellent customer relations with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
  • Establish relationships with customers by knowing account ownership and greeting them by name.
  • Ensure the financial center is neat, orderly, and presentable for clients.
  • Open and maintain a full range of retail accounts and services.
  • Stay updated on security controls to protect against criminal activities.
