Responsibilities
- Direct a team in achieving key metrics and driving profitable sales and margin.
- Connect with customers to build relationships and provide creative print and marketing solutions.
- Drive customer satisfaction through engagement and quality service.
- Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling.
- Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence.
- Consult with customers to offer appropriate options and deliver total print solutions.
- Leverage Salesforce.com for customer management and proactive outreach.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and email.
- Attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues.
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner.
- Experience engaging with customers to understand their needs and overcome objections.
- Ability to collaborate in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range and climb ladders.
