About the position

The Retail Program Manager at Jazz Home Services is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Set sales targets for the area and ensure they are achieved.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review sales performance and address any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts and potential clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Proven success in developing and leading a team to accomplish area and companywide goals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the HVAC/Solar/Home Industry.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to be the best.
  • Coaching skills to build a strong team.
