About the position

The Retail Property Co-ordinator at Farrow & Ball is responsible for supporting the Retail Property team in maintaining and developing the showroom property portfolio in North America. This full-time role involves project management, communication with retail management, and ensuring the effective operation of retail showrooms. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of property management in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Property Manager and team in maintaining the property portfolio in North America.
  • Coordinate administration for activities related to new showroom openings, refreshes, and refits.
  • Manage the critical path for new showrooms and refits from planning to execution.
  • Ensure quality control through all property projects, including snagging and budgetary control.
  • Project manage activities related to new showroom openings and updates to meet budgets and timelines.
  • Communicate efficiently with retail management regarding project updates.
  • Manage documentation around key property projects for clarity and consistency.
  • Represent global retail in key business projects.
  • Work with partners to ensure showroom operations align with optimization procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Health & Safety manager team for compliance and documentation.
  • Support showroom maintenance and refurbishment works, including liaising with suppliers and tracking invoices.
  • Assist the Retail Property team with day-to-day office operations, including administration and budget delivery.
  • Coordinate distribution of stationary items for UK and EU showrooms and field sales teams.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new products to showrooms.
  • Maintain key internal relationships, including with Finance and Legal.
  • Ensure H&S compliance throughout administration and control processes.

Requirements

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in a Commercial Operations Co-ordinator role
  • Experience in an operations or business support role
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to flag risks and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced IT competencies including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with other business systems and databases
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding and experience of retail operations and processes
  • Health & Safety knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience working with Commercial Property is an advantage.
