About the position

As a Retail PT Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience during nights and weekends at our Jensen Beach location. You will be responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement. By implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the overall success of the store. This position requires a flexible schedule, as you will be working during peak hours when customer traffic is highest, including nights and weekends.
