About the position

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, lead, and grow a strong team of committed General and Store Managers to deliver positive financial results.
• Execute developed business strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between field and corporate office partners to ensure clear communication and problem-solving.
• Analyze sales figures, interpret trends, and forecast future sales to manage controllable costs.
• Partner with General and Store Managers to implement key strategic initiatives for campus administration.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and inspire brand loyalty.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of retail leadership experience overseeing multi-unit, geographically dispersed stores.
• Substantial knowledge and expertise with merchandising and retail operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and time management skills to drive revenue and manage P&Ls.
• Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and developing collaborative teams.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master new systems.
