About the position

The Retail Replenishment Manager at Michaels is responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store for customers. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs.
  • Manage and support the truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met.
  • Manage, execute and support the planogram process (POG's) to standard.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, and training of new Team members.
  • Interact with customers in a respectful manner and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • Retail merchandising experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
