Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in the retail store.
• Assist guests in selecting souvenirs and promotional products.
• Promote feedings and adoptions at the register.
• Handle general inquiries from guests.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while addressing guest concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Physical endurance for long, high volume days.
• Manual dexterity for cash handling and use of keyboard/mouse.
