About the position

The Retail Sales Account Manager at Cassida USA is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key retail partners. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and executing strategic initiatives within the retail channel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the retail landscape, enabling them to effectively support and grow Cassida's presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth within the retail channel.
  • Identify and onboard new retail accounts, expanding the presence of Cassida products in relevant markets.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to create product displays and marketing materials that highlight product benefits and features.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Cassida USA's product portfolio, including currency counters and counterfeit detection systems.
  • Monitor trends in cash handling and retail operations to position Cassida's solutions effectively.
  • Act as a technical resource to retail partners, addressing questions about product functionality and maintenance.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews, and performance analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in B2B or retail account management, particularly with technology or equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes, security solutions, or financial equipment is a significant plus.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications effectively.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
