The Retail Sales Ambassador at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for executing membership acquisition, renewal, and customer service tasks. Responsibilities

• Execute membership acquisition, renewal, and upgrades for BJ's Loyalty Programs.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries.
• Provide excellent and efficient member service at all points of contact.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity while addressing member concerns.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and maintain club standards.
• Promote BJ's value proposition regarding membership and member experience.
• Convert potential members by effectively pitching membership programs.
• Deliver superior customer service regarding membership and credit card applications.

Requirements

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
