About the position

The Entry Level Enrollment Representative at Coastal Connections Inc. is responsible for qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations, and generating sales for a leading home improvement brand. This role focuses on creating brand awareness through retail and event sales campaigns, while also enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop best practices surrounding the use of event sales and promotional retail solutions to drive team business objectives.
• Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication regarding event sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the event and retail sales team to create new promotional sales campaigns for clients.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental event sales strategies and top-tier customer service.
• Participate in classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars.
• Educate retail customers on new home improvement services or promotions.
• Further the client's reputation by using top-notch customer service skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one's professional skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment.
• Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
• An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships.
