Responsibilities

• Implement effective shift management strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities to meet store objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

• Proficiency in retail math concepts and experience with POS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
