About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at our Ambassador Town Center location, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers and providing them with exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer them the best shopping experience possible. You will become an expert in our product offerings, using your knowledge to educate and inspire customers about our current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events. Your goal is to embody our brand values and foster customer loyalty while maintaining high productivity levels. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to master the brand's selling behaviors and apply them with every customer interaction. This includes acknowledging and assisting customers promptly, locating merchandise efficiently, and answering questions accurately. You will also be responsible for offering style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration, and promoting our loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Your role will involve supporting various operational processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as needed. Being courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests is essential, as is the ability to exchange and verify job-related information to provide effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.

  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
  • Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
  • Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
