Responsibilities

  • Meet and talk with customers; identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
  • Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.
  • Close sales and up-sell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives.
  • Help increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, other sales associates, store managers, and market directors.

Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively
  • Full time availability preferred - part time considered for the right fit
  • Must be 18 or older
