About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Skechers is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store environment, and adhering to operational standards. This part-time position may involve cross-training in various store areas to meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through excellent customer service.
• Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, guiding customers to the right product selection.
• Continuously ensure floor inventory is well maintained, including merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns at the point of sale, encouraging exchanges or alternatives to maintain customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability should be open to the store's needs.
