As a Retail Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador), you will embody the core values and heritage on which our brand was founded while leading others to do the same. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be a true advocate for our brand and the face of Carhartt to consumers walking through our doors. In this role, you will enthusiastically promote the brand by ensuring your actions align with our corporate mission and values. You will deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction, providing a genuine connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional consumer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized, while telling the Carhartt story. You will execute visual merchandising and visual standards to ensure products are properly displayed, and engage with the team by contributing in positive and collaborative ways. You will actively participate in performance and talent management processes, being open to development, training, coaching, and feedback, with a proactive focus on performance growth. Supporting leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, you will work as a team member to achieve and exceed the overall store's total revenue goals. Identifying sales opportunities and finding the best solution for each individual consumer will be key to driving sales and meeting consumer expectations. Additionally, you will support the execution of community engagement events and assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community. Ownership of your own development and professional growth is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
  • PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
