About the position

The Retail Sales Associate/Budtender at Cannavine is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a licensed cannabis retail environment. This role involves educating customers about cannabis products, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and presentable store. The position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, catering to a diverse clientele in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality customer service to every guest
• Educate customers on cannabis products and discover their needs

• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 2 years minimum experience in a customer service role
• 1 year minimum experience in the cannabis industry
• Ability to follow directions
