In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. You will also be involved in sales activities, including promoting our membership options and retail products. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, positive, and energetic, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will receive ongoing training to help you grow professionally and develop your skills in customer service and sales. We offer a competitive compensation plan with the potential to earn between $12 and $14 per hour based on performance. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
• Promote and sell membership options and retail products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right services and products for their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Results oriented and metrics driven.
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work flexible days and hours, including Sundays and Wednesdays.
