About the position

The Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join their team in the beauty industry. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in eyelash extension and eyebrow services, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing beauty and confidence for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Drive sales through membership and retail product promotions
• Perform eyelash extension and eyebrow services as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in training new staff members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Promote and sell retail products to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements
