The Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in the beauty industry. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our eyelash extension and eyebrow services. The ideal candidate will embody our mission to create lasting beauty and confidence for our guests, ensuring they look and feel AMAZING!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in retail sales of beauty products and services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and retail area.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the studio's overall performance.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Results-oriented and metrics-driven with a focus on sales performance.
• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in retail or beauty.
• Basic computer skills to manage sales and customer information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, and engaging personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with project management capabilities.
• Availability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
