The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at our studio is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of clients through exceptional service and wellness solutions. This position focuses on selling our monthly Elements Wellness Program while fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic retail environment, utilizing their sales skills to create meaningful connections with clients.
Responsibilities
- Follow the established sales process to effectively sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
- Listen actively to clients' needs and feedback, turning criticism into opportunities for improvement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and processing payments using our computer systems.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
- Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment, demonstrating attention to detail and hospitality.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing software.
- A strong desire to create a positive work environment and exceptional client experiences.
