We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales/Customer Service Associate who is passionate about helping customers find solutions through metaphysical, spiritual, and wellness products and services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries and product suggestions.
• Handle sales transactions and manage the cash register.
• Book appointments for services and events.
• Maintain the selling floor by stocking merchandise and organizing displays.
• Clean and organize all areas of the shop.
• Take inventory and check in new merchandise.

Requirements

• Retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Understanding of good sales principles and techniques.
• Active listening and exemplary customer service practices.
• Ability to create eye-catching displays.
• Willingness to learn about products and services offered.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
• Good conversation skills and ability to ask appropriate questions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work independently after training.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and experience with Windows computers.
