About the position

Elements Massage of Clifton Park is seeking a Sales / Customer Service Associate to enhance the client experience by promoting the Elements Wellness Program and ensuring a seamless appointment process. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work collaboratively with Managers, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians to prioritize client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience is required, particularly in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, especially for scheduling and payments.
• Experience with MindBody Business software is strongly desired.
