About the position

Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who is passionate about enhancing the lives of clients through exceptional service and wellness program sales. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for clients, ensuring that every interaction is positive and meaningful. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading retail sales and customer service efforts, focusing on the Elements Wellness Program, which is central to our business model. You will have the opportunity to earn commission on wellness plan sales and can also qualify for additional bonuses, making this position not only rewarding in terms of personal satisfaction but also financially beneficial. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in the studio, embodying the essence of hospitality. Your responsibilities will include informing clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring that all appointment paperwork and payment processes are handled smoothly and efficiently. Collaboration with managers and massage therapists is essential to create an environment where clients feel valued and prioritized. Your ability to listen and respond to client needs will be crucial in turning any criticism into an opportunity for outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional massage experience for all clients every time they enter the studio.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients and addressing their needs.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing.
