About the position

Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to enhance the client experience by promoting the Elements Wellness Program and ensuring a seamless appointment process. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and driving sales through effective communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional massage experience for all clients.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process and build customer loyalty.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service role within a spa or wellness environment.
• Ability to handle client criticism positively and turn it into a great customer service story.
