About the position

The Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join their team in the beauty industry. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through a passion for beauty and confidence. The ideal candidate will contribute to a fun and engaging work culture while helping guests look and feel amazing through eyelash extension and eyebrow services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Drive sales through membership and retail product promotions
• Perform eyelash extension and eyebrow services as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and product displays
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements
