About the position

Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to enhance the customer experience and drive sales of the Elements Wellness Program. This role focuses on engaging with clients, providing exceptional service, and effectively communicating the benefits of the wellness program to both potential and existing members. The position offers opportunities for commission-based earnings and aims to create a welcoming environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to prioritize client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients and addressing their needs.
• Ability to turn client criticism into positive customer service experiences.
