About the position
The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Massage focuses on enhancing client experiences through effective sales and exceptional customer service. Associates are responsible for promoting the Elements Wellness Program, building customer loyalty, and ensuring a positive environment for both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
- Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
- Handle client feedback and turn criticism into positive customer service experiences.
- Assist clients with scheduling and payment processes using modern office tools.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
- Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.
