Responsibilities

• Follow the established sales process to effectively sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
• Listen actively to clients' needs and feedback, turning criticism into opportunities for great service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success through commission-based wellness plan sales.
• Utilize modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payment processing.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment, demonstrating attention to detail and hospitality.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, with the ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• A strong drive to create a positive work environment and deliver outstanding client experiences.
