Responsibilities

  • Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Listen actively to clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Transform client criticism into positive customer service experiences.
  • Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.

Requirements

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
  • Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.
