About the position
The Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) at Elements Massage in West Linn is responsible for creating an exceptional massage experience for clients by promoting the Elements Wellness Program. This role involves building relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth appointment and payment process, and collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction. The WMA will also earn commission on wellness plan and package sales, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Inform visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
- Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
- Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
- Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a client-centered environment.
- Learn the business and help grow client engagement with the Elements Wellness Program.
- Sell the Elements Wellness Program to new and existing clients.
- Listen actively to clients to understand their needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
