Responsibilities
- Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
- Listen actively to clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Turn client criticism into opportunities for excellent customer service.
- Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in selling memberships or services in-person.
- Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.

- Experience in a wellness or spa environment.
