About the position

The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Therapeutic Massage focuses on positively impacting clients' lives through exceptional service and sales. Associates will follow a proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program, build customer loyalty, and earn commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through excellent service.
• Listen actively to clients and address their needs and concerns.
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for great customer service.
• Process scheduling and payments using modern office tools.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Driven to create a positive work environment and exceptional client experiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a wellness or spa environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
