The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Massage involves engaging with clients to promote wellness services and ensure a positive experience. This position focuses on retail sales and customer service, aiming to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program while providing exceptional hospitality. Team members earn commission on sales and have opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional massage experience for all clients.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, both on the phone and in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to prioritize client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and inviting studio environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.
• Ability to turn client criticism into positive customer service experiences.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Base wage of $14.35 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience.
